Since 1965 he has been dealing with corporate criminal liability. He has taken on the defense in national significance trials regarding health and safety at work, occupational diseases, environmental protection, corruption, bribery, and most recently in the matter of Criminal Liability of Companies, which have marked jurisprudential and doctrinal changes.
His trial activity has always been accompanied by advisory activities showing his aptitude for anticipating issues of significant legal and forensic relevance with a strong impact on the companies.
